Tumbling classes offer young individuals a fun and engaging way to develop agility, coordination, strength, and flexibility. Children learn a variety of tumbling skills, guided by instructors who emphasize proper technique and safety. As children progress, they build self-confidence, discipline, and focus, as well as provided opportunities for social interaction as children work together in pairs or groups.

Class Descriptions
Preschool
Ages 3 (potty trained) -5 years old
Great class for beginners
A portion of everything we offer, including tumbling, cheerleading & gymnastics · Proper technique & execution of all beginning tumbling skills · Focus on balance, motor skills, coordination & body control
Coach to child ratio will not exceed 1:6
Tumbling I
Ages 6 and up
No experience or skills are required for this class.
Beginners class
Proper technique & execution will be taught for beginner tumbling skills
Class split by age
Coach to athlete ratio will not exceed 1:7
Tumbling II
Ages 6 and up (some exceptions may be made due to skill level)
Requirement: running roundoff back handspring & a standing back handspring (aka flip flop)
Approval for the class is required by coaches
Faster paced class due to tumbling requirements; proper technique & execution will be taught
Class will also be split by age when possible
Coach to athlete ratio will not exceed 1:7
Cheer Prep
Junior High & High School Students ONLY
Class used to ready athletes preparing for school cheer tryouts!
Motions, spirting, voice projection, jumps, cheer technique, dance, & tryout readiness. BE PREPARED & CONFIDENT!
